Coaching Services
Life Coaching |
As a coach, my role is to assist you in exploring new perspectives on relationships, experiences, and choices, and in developing fresh thinking patterns that lead to a happier, more fulfilling life. I assure you that our interactions are completely confidential and take place in a secure and trusting environment. The coaching relationship I establish with my clients is rooted in mutual respect and trust, and is guided by shared values.
Clients of all ages, facing a variety of challenges, have sought my assistance. Together, we've found creative and effective solutions. Typically, our sessions (which I like to call "Beth Chats") occur weekly at the beginning, and then, as progress is made, we meet less frequently. Our sessions are flexible and can be conducted over the phone, via Zoom, or through email, depending on what works best for you. For those who prefer in-person meetings, I am available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Please call or text to confirm my availability. To get started, please fill out our contact form or reach out to me directly at 240-532-BETH to schedule a chat or if you have any questions. Let's embark on this exciting journey together! |
Relationship Coaching |
In a harmonious environment, you learn to respect others by taking responsibility for your actions, instead of placing blame, shying away from risks, or fearing failure. These qualities not only nurture loving relationships at home but also strengthen your connections with friends, family, and everyone you meet in your daily life.
As a relationship coach, my aim is to assist you in cultivating the relationships you seek, including the one with yourself. I provide tools for effective listening and communication, guidance in understanding what aspects of life to embrace and what to release, and support in experiencing the wonderful journey that comes with harmonious relationships. |
Mediation |
Life's journey sometimes leads us to conflicts. Often, these are resolved easily, allowing us to move forward. However, there are instances where conflicts unexpectedly escalate, affecting various aspects of life, causing pain, and potentially damaging relationships. Unresolved conflicts that end up in court often result in a clear winner and loser, costing significantly in terms of finances, time, effort, and relationships, with the added burden of public exposure.
Family conflicts are not uncommon in this scenario. As a certified mediator, I specialize in facilitating conflict resolution where all parties involved have the opportunity to voice their concerns and reach a mutually agreed-upon solution. This approach not only fosters dialogue and understanding but also offers a confidential, less expensive, and quicker resolution compared to formal legal proceedings. |
Graphology |
Graphology, the study of handwriting, offers unique insights into our personal and professional lives. It's a tool I utilize to understand deeper personality traits and behavioral patterns that are often reflected in the way we write. Handwriting analysis can reveal a lot about a person's character, emotional state, and even past experiences.
In my role as a coach, I incorporate graphology to enhance the understanding of my clients' inner worlds. This method allows me to gain a clearer picture of their strengths, challenges, and potential areas for growth. It's particularly useful in understanding how these traits manifest in relationships and interactions with others. Incorporating graphology into coaching sessions provides a unique and personalized approach. It's not just about analyzing writing; it's about connecting these insights to real-life scenarios and challenges. This can lead to more effective communication strategies, improved relationship dynamics, and a deeper understanding of oneself and others. Clients are often intrigued by what their handwriting can reveal. During sessions, I encourage them to write about specific topics or feelings, which we then analyze together. This process is not only insightful but also serves as a springboard for deeper conversation and self-reflection. Ultimately, graphology is another tool in my coaching toolkit that helps clients navigate their paths to personal and relational fulfillment. |
